Who controls your data
The controller of your personal data is Marcin Górzyński, who runs datamindz.io under the Datamindz brand.
E-mail: [email protected]
What data we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form:
- name — required
- e-mail address — required, so we can reply
- company name — optional
- your message — required
We automatically add the language of the page you sent it from and the time it was sent.
To protect the form from spam, we count the messages sent from one connection for 10 minutes (at most 5) — without storing your IP address. When you start filling in the form, Cloudflare Turnstile also runs a check that tells people from bots.
Giving us your details is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and message we cannot reply.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the form data only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation about it.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering the message you send us.
We send no newsletter, do no profiling and make no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Your message goes only to our inbox [email protected] — the form keeps no copy anywhere else. We delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact with you.
The anti-spam counter clears itself after 10 minutes.
Who processes it for us
We use two providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc.
- hosting the site, delivering form messages, the Turnstile check and visit statistics.Privacy policy: cloudflare.com
- Google (Google Workspace)
- the e-mail inbox that receives the messages.Privacy policy: policies.google.com
Both may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA — under the European Commission's EU-US Data Privacy Framework decision or standard contractual clauses.
We do not share your data with or sell it to anyone else.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it,
- have it corrected,
- have it erased,
- restrict its processing,
- object to its processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
- lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — uodo.gov.pl.
